SHIPPING POLICY


SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders via Priority/First Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

After your order is shipped, you will receive three emails:

  1. A shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order is processed.
  2. An “Out for Delivery” notification when your package is on the way.
  3. A “Delivered” notification once your order has been delivered.

We encourage you to track your orders as soon as you receive the shipment confirmation. Please be aware that packages may be left at your mailbox or front door/porch by USPS. error will not refund or replace any lost or stolen orders that are marked as “delivered” by USPS. For any issues regarding your package delivery, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.

Additionally, error is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or for any lost or stolen packages.
