We hope you love your purchase from error. However, if you need a different size or item, we will gladly assist you with an exchange. Please note that there are no refunds.

Items considered FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchange include:
- Any item discounted 20% off or more
- All items under the “Clearance Sale” and “Deal of The Week” sections
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Jewelry & Accessories
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
To request an exchange, please email us at error with your order number and reason for exchange. You must notify us and send the item(s) back within 7 days of order delivery. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date as marked by USPS. Please be aware that this policy is strictly enforced, and orders exceeding this time frame will not be eligible for exchange.
All items must be returned with the original tags, unworn, unwashed, and odor-free. error reserves the right to reject an exchange if an item does not meet these conditions. If an exchange is rejected, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Once we receive your exchange, we will process it and email you a credit code. The credit will reflect the net amount paid for the merchandise (shipping costs will not be credited).
Please note the following regarding your credit code:
- It cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
- It must be used in full in a single transaction (cannot be split).
- It does not apply towards shipping.
When using your credit code, the total amount of your new purchase must be of equal or greater value.
